Refund policy

At Monchérie we stride for perfection so if our product has manufacturing errors we will be giving a full refund back to the customer, this must include proof and be within 5 days from arrival if this happens to you please contact moncherieees@gmail.com. A refund will not be eligible if you change your design preferences or order the wrong size so please ensure you are happy with your product selected at the checkout.
